**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Experience**
- Warmly welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy
- Understand customer preferences to suggest suitable products and solutions
- Confidently present product features and benefits
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and inviting at all times

**Sales & Target Achievement**
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by store leadership
- Maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Gather and share customer feedback to help improve service quality
- Assist with billing and operate the POS system when required

**Store Operations**
- Maintain product displays, price tagging, and overall store cleanliness
- Participate in regular inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Follow procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
- Collaborate with the back office and warehouse for smooth order processing

**Team Collaboration**
- Cooperate with team members to reach shared goals
- Help onboard new team members and support during peak times
- Engage in training sessions and contribute to team meetings

**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and retail billing systems
- A passion for customer service and a flair for sales
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
