What you’ll do:

- Aid in preparation, execution, designing and tracking of offers and promotions on the platform
- Understand all operational flows and solve and unblock all retailer facing problems and complaints with regard to orders, app & build a strong customer focused operation
- Assist in providing business solutions to customer and internal escalations and queries.
- Conduct research on areas for improvements in sales operations, identify new opportunities for business growth
- Partner with the sales teams to solve and provide the best customer experience
- Assist in analysis of data related to business operations for consumption by company executives

What we are looking for
- 1-4 years of work experience in customer success / sales operations roles
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other Office tools
- Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with numbers
- Ability to work cross functional and problem solve on the go
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus
