**Location - **Bulandshashr, Khurja
**Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team at Param dairy Ltd. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data using advanced Excel and Google Sheets techniques, creating reports, and following up on operational activities. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient data management and reporting within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Management and Analysis**:
- Create and manage pivot tables and macros to streamline data analysis and reporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions such as V-lookup, H-lookup, Index Match, Nested IFs, SUMIFs, and Conditional Formatting.
**2. Reporting**:
- Generate comprehensive reports based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and provide actionable insights.
**3. Data Entry and Maintenance**:
- Regularly update and maintain databases and spreadsheets with current information.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all data management systems.
**4.** **Follow-up**:
- Monitor and follow up on dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to address any issues or delays in dispatch.
**5. Presentation and Communication**:
- Prepare and deliver reports & presentations using Google Sheet or MS Excel & PowerPoint to communicate data insights and reports to management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to gather information and provide updates.
**6. Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance data management and reporting efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in data management and analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- BCA/B.tech/Graduate or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an MIS role, preferably in the dairy or food industry.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, macros, V-lookup, H-lookup, Index Match, Nested IFs, SUMIFs, and Conditional Formatting.
- Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint for creating presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Salary - **18000 - 25000/Month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Khurja, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
