**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Engagement & Interaction**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and at ease.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and manage special requests.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by assisting with reservations, seating arrangements, and any specific needs or preferences.
- Maintain regular contact with guests to anticipate needs and provide personalized services.
- **Guest Experience Management**:
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Follow up with guests post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels throughout their dining experience and take proactive actions to improve service quality.
- **Reservation & Waitlist Management**:
- Oversee the reservation system, confirming bookings and managing seating arrangements.
- Maintain waitlist during peak hours and communicate accurate wait times to guests.
- Collaborate with the Front-of-House team to ensure efficient guest flow and seating.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Act as a liaison between guests and restaurant staff to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Deliver the highest level of service to all guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
- Anticipate and exceed guest needs, from personalized greetings to farewell gestures.
- **Event Coordination & VIP Relations**:
- Assist in organizing special events, private dining experiences, or corporate functions.
- Develop and nurture relationships with regular guests, VIPs, and influencers to enhance the restaurant’s reputation and guest loyalty.
- Provide tailored experiences for VIP guests, including bespoke services or recognition.
- **Administrative Tasks & Reporting**:
- Maintain and update guest records and preferences in the reservation system.
- Provide feedback to management on guest trends, common feedback, and areas of improvement.
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including managing dining room reservations, guest preferences, and special occasions.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the service team, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and an excellent dining experience.
- Provide support to fellow team members and contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
