**Job Title**: Admin In-Charge

**Industry**: Corrugated Box Manufacturing
**Location**: Anjar Ajapar Kutch Gujarat
**Experience**: 3-5 Years (Preferred in Packaging/Manufacturing Industry)
**Joining**: Immediate Joiner Preferred

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Labour & Manpower Management**:

- Monitor daily manpower allocation and ensure smooth functioning of production with optimal workforce deployment.Maintain proper attendance records and shift management.
- **Contractor & Vendor Coordination**:
Verify contractor bills, track work orders, and ensure timely processing of payments.Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- **ERP System Operations**:
Manage and update data in the ERP system for administration, manpower, and vendor activities.Ensure accuracy of records and seamless coordination with other departments.Act as a point of contact between management, labour, and external vendors.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure smooth information flow.Stay updated with local market trends and supplier/vendor dynamics to support cost-effective decision-making.Handle all site-related admin activities including office supplies, security, housekeeping, and compliance support.Ensure a clean and efficient working environment.**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally ERP, etc.)
- Proven experience in labour handling and contractor coordination
- Good market awareness related to manpower and services
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required)
- Diploma/Certification in ERP or Administration (preferred)

**Salary**: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
