Qualification And Experience:1. Should have 12- 15 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition in Heavy Engineering, FMCG , Retail or Consulting background.2. Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.3. Ability to analyse recruitment data and make data-driven decisions. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
