They are growing exponentially and are looking to hire a leader for business development with clients in the utility space.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth at a pan-India levelIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with clients in the utility space in the renewable energy domainBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project deliveryPrepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and sales reportsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growthProvide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and market strategies.The Successful ApplicantA successful Lead - Business Development should have:A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.Proven expertise in sales and business development with utility sector clients in the renewable energy domainAtleast 12+ years of experience in the renewable energy domain with an experience of working with IPPsStrong experience in managing FDRE, RTC and Peak Power Tenders. Candidates should also have an exposure to BESS projectsShould have an experience of managing relationships with grid operators and liaison with state and central govt agenciesStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsA solid understanding of market trends and client needs at a pan-India levelExperience in building and managing client relationships effectively
