Backed by a reputed corporate group, the company is known for its strong governance and pan-India presence.Job DescriptionDraft and review loan agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs; standardize legal templates.Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, Contract Act, and data protection laws.Provide legal guidance on lending products, financial regulations, and strategic partnerships.Support board/legal documentation and maintain governance standards.Handle SARFAESI, arbitration, cheque bounce, and civil/criminal cases; coordinate with external counsel.The Successful ApplicantA successful legal professional should have:A degree in law from a recognised institution.Experience in handling legal matters within the BFSI/NBFC space.Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
