A successful CHRO should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience in a leadership role with startups in fintech, ecommerce, D2CKnowledge of HR functions and best practices.Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.Proficient in MS Office and HR software ( HRIS).Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.-
