Lead sales strategy & execution for Luxury Holiday HomesWork with a growing organisation in the luxury propety sectorAbout Our ClientOur client is a prominent real estate developer specialising in luxury holiday homes across prominent locations in the India and abroad.Job DescriptionThe AVP Sales will be responsible for the following:Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and support the sales team; set targets, track performance, and drive talent acquisition and retention.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and oversee deal closures.Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends and sales data to guide strategy; prepare reports and forecasts for management.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing on campaigns and with operations to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all transactions meet legal and industry standards; enforce ethical practices and minimise business risk.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the following:10 - 12 years' experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, trends, and regulations.Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals in luxury real estate.
