They're an Identity access and identity governance platform, built for HR & IT lifecycle management & expanding into newer product lines. While our customers are in the US, we are building out the technology and the support functions in India.Job DescriptionLeadership & Strategy:Define and execute the professional services strategy aligned with company goals.Build and scale a high-performing services team across regions.Develop frameworks for delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.Service Delivery:Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation, migration, and integration projects.Establish best practices for deploymentEnsure compliance with security and regulatory standards during implementations.Customer Engagement:Act as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts during onboarding and transformation projects.Drive adoption and value realization through consultative engagement.Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.The Successful ApplicantEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; MBA preferred.Experience:15+ years in professional services leadership roles within enterprise SaaS, Integration Management industries.Deep expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, would be preferredProven track record of managing high velocity implementations and global teams.Skills:Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
