With multiple global manufacturing sites and a growing footprint, the business is positioned for significant expansion in the coming years.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will:Drive and deliver short- and long-term complex strategic projects across the business.Meet with stakeholders to define requirements and collect data using multiple methods.Conduct research and analysis to identify key business issues and opportunities.Develop detailed strategies, business plans, and recommendations to support decision-making.Implement project plans, track progress, and adjust as needed to ensure delivery.Create impactful senior-level communications, reports, and dashboards.Support development of strategy documentation and performance reporting templates.Contribute to leadership communication, employee engagement, and strategic alignment.The Successful ApplicantHolds a degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).Brings a minimum of 8 years' experience, with proven leadership in project delivery.Ideally comes from a consulting background (Big Four preferred).Possesses strong expertise in operations and supply chain.Confident in stakeholder management, with strong communication and influencing skills.Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in cross-functional environments.
