We are seeking a Sales Manager with 2-10 years of experience to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and quality service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-10 years of experience in sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
