Description

We are looking for talented individuals with 0-2 years of experience in voice process (Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate information to customers and resolving their issues
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
  • Meeting daily targets as per the set KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi
  • 0-2 years of experience in voice process
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
