Job Title: Accountant (GST, TDS, Income Tax Filing)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

CTC: ₹2.4 – ₹3.0 LPA

Experience: 3-4 Years (Preferably with a Chartered Accountant Firm)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting, GST reconciliation, and filing. The candidate will also be responsible for TDS, PT, and Income Tax Return filing, along with maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records. A working knowledge of MS-Office and Win58man Software for IT filing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and reconcile GST returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• TDS and PT calculations, filing, and reconciliation
• File Income Tax returns and manage tax-related matters
• Independently handle, finalize, and close books of accounts
• Provide accounting and tax-related advisory support to the team
• Collaborate with the finance team for timely filing and compliance
• Assist in internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a Chartered Accountant firm
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST filing, and Income Tax compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Winman software for IT filing is a plus
• Ability to independently handle accounts, finalization, and closures
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Candidate:

• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team
