Collection Strategy Head - Mumbai, India.

Experience- 8+ Years in (Collection Strategy for Secured & Unsecured Products)

Location- Mumbai

Job Description:

 Create and implement execution collections strategies for both secured and

unsecured businesses across Muthoot Finance to reduce the bounce rate , costing ,

budgeting Audit & compliance and delinquencies particularly in the early buckets.

 Take ownership of collections performance especially for early buckets across

businesses.

 Understand predictive analytical models (including Value at Risk and bounce

prediction models) and create and execute implementation strategy for the models

 Understand allocation strategy between digital and field channels for all

portfolios

 Lead cross-functional teams to execute collections strategies and initiatives,

 collaborating closely with Call Center, Field Collections and Business teams.

 Understand and execute call center strategy to improve resolutions through telecallers

 Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and

operational efficiencies in collections

 Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics, KPIs, and key risk indicators

related to collections.

 Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry trends impacting collections

strategies.


Desired Candidate Profile:

 Experience in collections strategy in an NBFC/HFC/bank.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and

interpretation.

 Proven track record of developing and implementing successful collections

strategies in a complex environment.

 Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage

multiple initiatives simultaneously.

 Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and/or machine learning

techniques preferred.

 Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to collections

practices.

 Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence

stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
