The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing recruitment cycles across India and handling both IT and Non-IT mandates.Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Pan-India roles- Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates using multiple hiring platforms- Handle IT & Non-IT recruitment mandates independently- Drive new client acquisition and support business development activities- Build and maintain strong client relationships- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and closure processes efficiently- Maintain updated recruitment reports and ensure timely deliveryKey Requirements- Proven experience in Pan-India hiring- Strong track record in IT & Non-IT recruitment- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and major recruitment portals- Ability to manage sourcing, screening, client coordination, and closures end-to-end- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skillsLocationKochi, Kerala
