Job Description
Urgent Hiring for Assistant Manager for MARCOM Department
Qualification-
Gradate /Post Graduate both can apply (MBA in marketing will be preferred)
Experience
2-3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities-
- Print Media: Proving release order to respective newspaper agencies and taking approval of their bills.
- Providing release order of classified (recruitment ad) to the newspaper representative.
- Uploading photos and videos on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram twitter and Linkdlen related to departments and maintaining the record.
- Capturing campus photographs for social media promotion.
- Arrangement of mobile phones and sim (CUG Numbers) for Invertis University’s staff and Faculty.
- Coordination with design agency for designing of social media creatives.
- Printing of New Year Merchandise (including all items) before 15th Nov every year and its documentation.
- Filling of Uniform (student & Forth class employees) related to documents before the month of April every year for students and in June for employees.
- Taking Quotation from vendors and preparing comparison and proving purchase order to the finalized vendor of all work related matters assigned by the authorities.
- Coordination with the Media for press release and maintain the file .
- Maintaining of all files year wise for marketing related working Print media and uniform.
- Maintaining daily report and report to Marcom Head.
