We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Domestic Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa) . The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients, leading a high-performance sales team. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
Coordinate closely with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.
Experience: 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields. Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
