As a Healthcare Solutions Architect in Digital engineering Services , you will deliver on our core values of trust and innovation, providing thought leadership to healthcare customers. You will establish yourself as a credible, trusted advisor translating business objectives into compelling solutions based on time spent with the customer and truly understanding their business. To achieve this, you will effectively leverage relationships developed both internally and externally with prospects and customers. You will interact with many different roles across both business and IT including C-level executives, developers, and admins, collecting appropriate business data, requirements, and feedback, to develop and position the most appropriate solution to meet the customer's needs.

MedTech experience related to Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging as a Software Solution Architect is prerequisite for this position.

Basic Qualifications:

• 14+ years of software application/product development experience

• Good understanding / some work exp in Presales/Solutioning

Responsibility:

• Actively engage and lead strategic engagements, both technical and business focused to build winning, differentiated solutions and value.

• Domain experience in Medtech and Providers The selected candidate would play an active part in all the RFx as a service line. Expert in Healthcare domain is mandatory and will be a part of the entire solutions journey. Complete ownership of the bids (RFX- RFI/RFP/RFQ)

Candidate should have hands on experience in Solutions role at Senior Level, particularly on the Healthcare - Core Solution architect with proficiency in creating Solutions for not just RFPs/RFIs but also building proactive solutions and POVs across Healthcare Value chain. The incumbent should have the ability to transition the solution architected to the service delivery team by getting involved in client project kick off discussions, ramp ups and hand holding the project team till stabilization during the initial phase

Ability to identify the right talent to staff the engagements won by taking interviews of prospective candidates and shortlisting Experience and Expertise in Healthcare, creating Service/Product Offerings will be a BIG PLUS. Research and consult with clients on wealth of repository material of tools like whitepapers, brochures or any other marketing collateral to help sell healthcare offerings.

Support Go-to-Market in the healthcare domain; scan the industry value chain, identify business development opportunities across the value chain. Make compelling solution presentations to external and internal stakeholders. Create Healthcare specific POC solutions and publish thought leadership articles on periodic basis. Manage the various stakeholders for bid response; Create agendas, schedules, deal trackers to ensure timely submission with appropriate reviews.

Creation and distribution of summary decks (for large and multi tower deals). Create error free, appropriate financial models/ constructs in line with margins agreed at a practice and account level Provide timely/appropriate action /escalation / status updates to Manager/Account teams on all open issues. Collaborate and create Partnerships with 3rd parties to augment lacking capabilities. Provide business expertise in the Bid response process.
