We're Hiring: AI Specialist / AI Lead EngineerLocations:Bangalore – Kalyani Neptune, BannerghattaMumbai – Andheri EastExperience: 7–12 YearsWork Mode: Hybrid (Work From Office as per project needs)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist / AI Lead Engineer to design and deliver a next-generation Guided Buying Chatbot built entirely on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem .The solution will leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, Azure Cognitive Search , and modern agentic AI frameworks to build an enterprise-grade, secure, intelligent buying assistant.Key Responsibilities & Required ExpertiseRAG & Knowledge RetrievalHands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Expertise with Azure Cognitive Search , Cosmos DB, embedding generation, chunking, semantic ranking & indexing.Agentic AI with Semantic KernelStrong experience in task planning, tool/function calling, memory management , and autonomous reasoning flows.Multi-Turn Conversational AIExperience building conversational agents using Azure OpenAI GPT-4/4o (inference-only mode).Secure prompt design and session handling.Prompt EngineeringSkilled in system prompts, dynamic templates, user intent extraction & guardrail strategies.Azure AI & ML EcosystemFamiliarity with Azure AI Studio , Prompt Flow, and Azure ML for deployment, testing, and monitoring.Embedding ModelsKnowledge of Azure-native embedding models:text-embedding-ada-002, Foundry embeddings, etc.Enterprise-Grade Security & ComplianceExperience building AI systems aligned with SOC 2, GDPR, RBAC .Strict adherence to no customer data use for training or fine-tuning.Engineering & IntegrationStrong Python skills with Azure SDKs, REST APIs, Semantic Kernel.Experience integrating AI into React JS apps and OutSystems low-code environments.CollaborationWork closely with architects, PMs, and UX teams to map procurement workflows into intelligent assistant behavior.Mandatory SkillsAzure AI Studio / FoundryAzure OpenAI (GPT-4/4o)Prompt FlowRAG using Azure Cognitive SearchAzure-native embedding modelsKnowledge architecture design & training pipeline managementStrong understanding of AI security & data privacyInterested candidates kindly share your resumes on
