Mobility Practice Lead Location: Greater Noida Experience Required: 16+ years Work From Office: Yes, all 5 days The Mobile Practice Lead will be responsible for overseeing the mobile development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile applications, and driving the strategic direction of mobile initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile technologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment Strategy: Develop and implement the mobile strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and trends, and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize mobile features and enhancements. Quality Assurance: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications through rigorous testing and code reviews. Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in mobile development processes and practices Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in mobile development, with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Google Play. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter. Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of developers. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
