Job Title: Service Now SPM developerLocation – RemoteShift – 3 PM to 11 PM ISTWe are seeking a skilled Service Now SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) professional with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, and Financial Management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise to design, configure, and optimize SPM solutions aligned with business objectivesRequired Skills & Experience- 5+ years of experience in Service Now platform development, with at least 2 years focused on SPM/ITBM.- Strong understanding of project management processes, demand lifecycle, and financial planning.- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with SAFe is a plus.- Hands-on experience in creating custom workflows, UI policies, client/server scripts, and catalog items.- Good understanding of Service Now data model, tables, and relationships within SPM modules.- Excellent communication and documentation skills.- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.- Service Now SPM Implementation Specialist certification – preferred.
