We are seeking a Shopfloor SAP ME/MII Consultant to provide on-site support and hypercare during the rollout of key manufacturing execution projects. The consultant will be trained on ongoing initiatives and will be responsible for local support, ensuring continuity and system stability. The role involves developing and optimizing SAP MII/ME applications to improve operational efficiency, real-time data visibility, and traceability on the shopfloor. Design, develop, and maintain SAP MII applications, iViews, dashboards, and reports tailored to shopfloor needs Support SAP ME configurations related to routing, work instructions, data collection, and production tracking Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across SAP ME/MII systems in live production environments Develop and optimize Business Logic Services (BLS) and custom web interfaces using UI5 and Fiori Ensure data integrity and alignment between MES and ERP systems (S/4HANA or ECC) Build SQL queries, views, and data models for integration and reporting Support site-level digital transformation initiatives for improved visibility and performance 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MII and/or SAP ME development and support ~ Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, XML , and related web technologies ~ Experience with BLS , iViews , and SAP UI5/Fiori application development ~ Hands-on experience with source control tools and SAP NWDI ~ Clear understanding of manufacturing processes and MES–ERP integration Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and real-time data architecture Experience with SAP PCo, OPC interfaces, or SCADA systems
