Roles and Responsibilities: As a Technology Lead with Infosys, your role will involve direct client interfacing, quality assurance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient project delivery. You will:
Client Interaction : Interface with the client to ensure quality assurance, issue resolution, and continuous customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Design : Understand client requirements, create and review designs, and validate architectures for optimal solution delivery.
Technical Leadership : Lead the team in developing high-quality, optimized code. Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
Project Estimation & Risk Planning : Participate in project estimation, technical risk planning, and provide inputs for solution delivery.
Code & Unit Testing Reviews : Conduct code reviews and unit test plan reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Knowledge Management : Foster continual knowledge sharing and development among teams.
Efficient System Design : Contribute to building scalable and efficient programs/systems.
Mandatory Skills: MS Canvas Power Apps (MS Power Platform) – Must have
MS Automate Flow (MS Power Platform) – Must have
Share Point Online – Must have
Power BI – Must have
Work Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Share Point and Microsoft technologies.
Proven experience in customer handling , team leadership , and project management .
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent degree).
Technical Skills & Requirements: Must Have :
Share Point 2019 and Share Point Online (Classic & Modern).
Power Automate (MS Power Platform).
MS Canvas Power Apps (MS Power Platform).
Power BI .
Share Point Online Custom Coding .
. NET Framework , HTML5 , Java Script , and general web development technologies.
Other Requirements :
Proven success in working with all levels of management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
