We are looking for emerging Art Directors who want to create work that is thoughtful, visually stunning and market moving. A digital first, contemporary designer, you want to explore all possible visual applications/forms across digital, motion, branding, advertising and innovation projects.
What we are looking for:
- A sense of visual aesthetics that can be described as contemporary, sophisticated, and global.
- Someone who has a deep understanding of design as a problem solving discipline. So she/he must understand the design process needed to deliver art/creative solutions.
- A versatile art portfolio that showcases an approach that cuts across platforms and mediums using the full array of forms such as photography, illustration, typography, motion design, films and more.
- This is a role that requires the candidate to have a digital first mindset. Experience and/or familiarity with UX/UI projects will be useful for the role.
Skills:
- Experience that cuts across B2 C and B2 B brands. Specific experience of working on brands in the Luxury, Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle spaces will be a big plus.
- Advanced knowledge of design software - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. Basic knowledge of motion design software such as Adobe After Effects and/or Premier Pro needed to guide mixed media projects.
Essentials:
- Up to 4-5 years experience in a creative and/or design agency
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Design, Communication Design, Fashion Communication or Applied / Fine Arts from a top tier art school.
Location:
Mumbai based candidates will be preferred and preference will be given to candidates who can join us immediately. We are not considering outside Mumbai candidates for the moment unless they already have a plan to move to Mumbai in the near term.
