Solar Consultant – Inside Sales Department: B2C Sales Reporting To: Team Leader / Area Sales Manager Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for passionate, performance-driven, and customer-focused Solar Consultants who will be responsible for converting qualified leads into happy solar customers. This is a Inside sales role that requires direct interaction with potential customers at their homes, educating them about solar solutions, conducting site assessments, and closing deals. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are good at building relationships, and are excited about sustainability and clean tech, we’d love to meet you Convert leads into customers through phone calls and virtual connects. Calls: Data set calls for up to min. Identify, qualify, nurture with potential B2C leads through calls, emails, and digital channels. Educate prospects about SolarSquare’s solar solutions and the benefits of switching to solar energy. Meetings & Demos: Schedule meetings, Field visits and product demos with interested prospects. Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. CRM Management: Record and track customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups accurately using CRM tools. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, direct sales, or B2C lead generation. Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated track record of selling successfully in a B2C or B2B environment. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, lead generation software, and other digital sales platforms. Regional language proficiency is mandatory Competitive fixed salary with attractive performance-based incentives (salary range up to ₹6.5 LPA max ) Best-in-class onboarding and sales training Working Days: 6 working days (Tuesday to Sunday) — Monday fixed weekly off
