Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication. ✅ Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records. ✅ Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices. ✅ Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement and retention. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ✔️ 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects. ✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi . ✔️ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools . ✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends. ✔️ Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours if required .
