Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Partner Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing partnerships that generate revenue across the ASEAN, India, and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership development and sales, with the ability to execute strategies that meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development : Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with strategic partners across the ASEAN, India, and Middle East regions.
- Revenue Generation : Leverage partnerships to create and close new business opportunities, contributing to overall revenue goals.
- Strategic Execution : Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring flawless execution.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to maximize partnership value.
- Reporting : Track and report on partnership performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability for targets and achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
Must-Have Skills
- Partnership Expertise : Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, with the ability to develop and maintain high-value partnerships.
- Sales Acumen : Ability to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to partners.
- Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of the ASEAN, India, and Middle East markets, including cultural and business nuances.
- Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-driven or software reliability platforms.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and related reliability practices.
- Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the ASEAN, India, and Middle East regions.
