To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals in the position of Head CSR, Vedanta Jharsuguda.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of annual business plan for the CSR function, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and goals
- Maximize the utilization of the plan within the allocated budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Lead the CSR Team in formulating strategies for sustainable development and promoting equity within local communities
- Maintain cordial relations with local administration, government bodies, legislature offices, and other relevant groups
- Develop skills and expertise through training initiatives
- Strategize and manage requests for philanthropic sponsorships, donations in consultation with other departments and organizational priorities
- Ensure that the needs and priorities of Vedanta are central to planning, implementation, and monitoring activities
Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes
- Masters in Humanities Studies, Public Relations or Equivalent Qualification with 12+ years of experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Development and advocacy experience
