Position: Designer - ELV

Location: Bangalore


Responsibilities:

 Should have knowledge of Electronic /ELV system & technology of ELV design, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership.

 Continuous learning mindset & team player & time management & creativity & hard work, ETC.  Individual can handle for interior project on ELV design & client interacting & good communication skill & should work FM approved project.

 Engage in detailed engineering for safety security design & creating detail schematic like on FA, PA, Sprinkler access & cctv, & also having knowledge of IS, NFPA, and FM standards.

 Preparation cost estimates and develop project proposals & boq, ensuring technical and commercial viability of various options & prepare technical specifications documents & having knowledge of testing commission.

 Visit the site for vendor instructions on technician installations and quality checking and prepare the report project wise & bill certifications.

 Should have experience in interior fitout project commercial (office & LAB & should work FM approved project. Etc ).


What we expect:

 Bachelors in electrical engineering

 Minimum of 7- 10 years of experience of working on Corporate Interiors fit outs / Commercial fit outs.

 Proficiency in design software such as Revit.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

 Experience in Indian design projects.
