Objective of the Role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve CRIF India's brand awareness and lead generation goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of CRIF India's PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing activities.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Lead content development for various marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all CRIF India communication, crafting compelling narratives and managing media relations.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements (KRAs)

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans that align with CRIF India's overall business objectives.
  • Increase brand awareness and website traffic through successful digital marketing campaigns.

  • Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve a defined cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goal.
  • Develop high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO principles, PPC advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Understanding of website UI/UX principles is a plus.
