Skill- Service Now ArchitectLocation- PAN IndiaExp- 8 Year ++• Service Now platform engineering with ITSM Modules including Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Rot and Configuration Management and security / regulatory disciplines • Industry and project experience of 8+ years with Service Now • Experience of significant Service Now implementations which span ITSM and security / regulatory disciplines • Good understanding of Service Now capabilities • Strong experience working with Service Now platform essential modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, • GRC, Sec Ops, HR, IM, Service Requests Management with SLAs, Knowledge Management, Discovery) Experience in S2 P & MDM setup in EC Pro, Service Catalogs, Integrations. • Designing, engineering and configuring Service Now to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes • Thorough knowledge on workflows, tables, script, flow designer and integration hub. • Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modelling • Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to manage development teams, customers and stakeholder expectations • Knowledge and experience of Infrastructure Operations, migration as well as Service Now Integration with Third party system.• Strong understanding of the Service Now platform and its functionalities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Project management and problem-solving expertise. • Business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.• Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives. • Establish and manage a technical governance. • Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the client’s needs • Demonstrate solid insights in designing Service Now’s capabilities • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements • Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the Service Now platform. • Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles • Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our business • Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization
