Japanese Bilingual Performance Tester

Must Have:- JLPT certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese- Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects- Knowledge and hands on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC) in insurance (Life & P&C) or financial services domains.- Experience writing and executing detailed test cases/scripts and clear test documentation.- Understanding of Agile/sprint-based QA and distributed team collaboration.- Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams.- Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours.- Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Testing projects running under STLC modelGood to have:- Hands-on experience with automation and integration testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI, Postman, etc.).- Familiarity with test data management and synthetic data generation (GenRocket).- Basic SQL/database testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with CI/CD environments.Job location:Chennai, Pune
