Experience Required: Minimum 3 year CTC: ₹ 4.Recruitment Support : Do the telephonic screening, and interview coordination, and support, Take care of recruitment/hiriing Facilitating the smooth transition of new employees, ensuring a positive experience. Allocating necessary assets and resources to employees. Payroll, Timesheets, Attendance & Leave Tracking, Labour compliance: Timesheet - Client, project, tasks creation and allocation to the respective employees, and report as needed. Assist in Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including submission of pay registers and obtaining necessary approvals. Managing statutory requirements such as PT, PF & and ESI filings. Audit of payroll, timesheets, leaves and payroll compliance HR labor compliance filing - Maternity, POSH, Leave, Employee Records, and Contract Employee. Performance Management: Conducting quarterly performance reviews to evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback. Drive & own the end to end Annual appraisal review process. Training & Development: Find the training needs from one-on-one connect Recognizing employee achievements through rewards & Recognitions, celebrations of birthdays, work anniversaries, and special accomplishments. Monitoring employee satisfaction through Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) surveys. Employee Grievances Management Implementing and managing an efficient HRIS system to streamline HR processes and data management. HR Policies, Guidelines, Documentations: Facilitating necessary amendments to policies and processes to meet changing organizational needs. Employee Branding (In Collaboration with the Marketing Team): Managing social media pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote the organization's brand and culture from HR Perspective. Overseeing Glassdoor and Google reviews to maintain a positive online reputation. Sharing employee testimonials, onboarding experiences, and highlights of special events to enhance employer branding. Processing resignation acceptances and issuing relevant documents such as relieving orders and experience letters. Managing Full and final settlement and ensuring no dues are pending. Planning and implementation of new benefits
