We’re looking for a passionate beverage professional to join The Happy High as a Beverage Executive . This role goes beyond the bar—it’s about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India’s growing beverage culture. Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client sites Contribute to engaging video content Manage event bartending and activations Support business development initiatives We’re seeking someone who values stability and long-term growth , and whose career path reflects commitment and consistency . Experience & Background Total experience: Minimum: 1 year of hands-on experience at top cocktail-forward bars Relocation support is not available at the moment. Speed and efficiency behind the bar with comfort in modern bartending techniques Strong communication skills with fluency in English MS Office and general computer proficiency Remuneration: up to INR 4,80,000 per annum basis experience ~ Performance-based incentives ~5-day work week for balance and flexibility Founded in 2014, The Happy High is a Mumbai-based wine and spirits education & consulting company.
