Job Location: Noida/Chennai/BangaloreAbout the Role:We are seeking an exceptional technology leader to spearhead our Scale AI service offering, driving enterprise-wide AI deployment with domain agents, MLOps, and responsible governance. This role requires a visionary leader who can architect and deliver comprehensive AI solutions from vertical applications to core platform infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Lead and scale the entire Scale AI service offering, driving 40-60% productivity gains for clientsArchitect and oversee development of AI Foundry platform components including AgentSpace.ai, Govern.ai, and AutonomousDataEng.aiDefine and execute strategy for vertical AI applications across diverse personas and use casesDrive 10X faster time-to-value initiatives and zero-touch operations transformationTechnical Excellence:Design and implement production-grade generative AI solutions using cutting-edge LLMs and multi-agent architecturesBuild and optimize MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for enterprise-scale deploymentsArchitect governance frameworks ensuring responsible AI deployment across organizationsLead development of autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAIPlatform Development:Oversee AI Foundry Core platform evolution integrating best-in-class open-source technologiesDrive development of persona-driven vertical AI applications (MEGA LT, Tech & Semi, LSH, Telco, RCPG, BFSI)Implement unstructured data processing capabilities for comprehensive AI solutionsEnsure seamless integration with enterprise systems and data infrastructureTeam & Client Leadership:Build and mentor high-performing teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML engineersEngage with C-level executives to understand business challenges and translate them into AI solutionsDrive pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and technical proposalsFoster innovation culture and continuous learning within the team\Required Qualifications:Technical Expertise:Deep hands-on experience with ML/Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX)Extensive experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA), and prompt engineeringProven expertise in MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in production ML systemsExperience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and embedding modelsHands-on experience building AI agents and multi-agent systemsDomain Knowledge:8+ years building and deploying ML/AI solutions in production environments5+ years in Gen AI and LLM-based application developmentExperience with vertical AI solutions across multiple industriesStrong understanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practicesKnowledge of data engineering, DataOps, and modern data architecturesLeadership Skills:Proven track record of leading 20+ member technical teamsExperience in P&L management and business developmentExcellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesStrategic thinking with execution excellenceExperience in building products/platforms from 0 to 1Preferred Qualifications:Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fieldPublications or patents in AI/ML domainExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloadsContributions to open-source AI/ML projectsExperience with edge AI and distributed AI systems
