Job Title: Salesforce Techno-Functional Lead
Location: India, Bangalore (Preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE Preferred, 6-Month Contract Considered)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Lead to spearhead projects focused on the Service Cloud , with additional experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud being advantageous. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions, ensuring smooth integration, and revamping case management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and managed the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for the first two projects, focusing on:
Acquisition Integration
Case Management Revamp
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to ensure alignment with project goals.
Provide techno-functional expertise across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to design and implement robust solutions.
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes.
Customize and configure Salesforce applications as per business requirements.
Conduct data analysis and integration to ensure seamless business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Lead in Salesforce ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with Service Cloud ; knowledge of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
Skills:
Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, especially Service Cloud.
Proven ability to manage acquisition integrations and case management systems.
Technical skills in Salesforce development and configuration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
