We are committed to providing exceptional hospitality and culinary experiences for our guests. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Sous Chef at The Mirador Hotel in Mumbai. The Pastry Sous Chef will be responsible for daily preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. They will also collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and high-quality pastry offerings. You’ll be running a section, working with other members of the team and ensuring the very best use of the produce and preservation techniques that we use. You need to be creative and have an impeccable attention to detail. Ensuring the smooth running of the pastry section, working closely with the team to execute. Maintain high standard of Safety and follow FSSAI rules and repots regularly. Train and motivate the team members. Work in cordial relation with other departments and maintain high standards of teamwork. Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal wastage. Keep organized and maintain high standards of a Michelin-starred kitchen. Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards. Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room. Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team.
