With three branches in Madurai, we are expanding to better serve our customers.What you’ll do:Lead and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve lead generation and conversion targets✨ Develop and implement effective calling strategies, scripts, and campaignsTrack performance metrics, analyze conversion data, and drive continuous improvementHandle escalations and ensure excellent customer relationship managementConduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivityCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and customer outreachIdentify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and resultsEnsure compliance with company policies and telemarketing regulationsWhat we’re looking for:✔️ Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)✔️ 5–8 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, including 2+ years in a managerial role✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills✔️ Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management systems✔️ Ability to inspire, coach, and manage a results-driven team✔️ Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindsetLocation: MaduraiExperience: 5–8 years
