Role Description
Position : Head of Laboratory
Location : Ahmedabad, Patel Dairy Products Private Limited (Chhaswala)
Employment Type : Full-time, On-site
The Head of Laboratory will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the laboratory, managing quality control processes, utilizing analytical skills for product testing, and ensuring quality management and assurance in the production of dairy products. The role will also involve implementing and maintaining quality standards, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Salary
Dependent on interview and candidate experience.
Qualifications
Strong laboratory and analytical skills
Expertise in Quality Control (QC) , Quality Management (QM) , and Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience in quality control within the food industry
Knowledge of regulatory standards and protocols
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
