As an AEM Sites Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will work closely with UX designers, business analysts, and backend developers to deliver scalable and high-performance digital experiences. Ensuring code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization. Supporting deployment activities and troubleshooting production issues. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Expertise in AEM Sites, including component development, template creation, and Sling models. # Java & Apache Sling – Strong knowledge of backend development using Java and Sling framework within AEM. # HTL (Sightly) & Front-End Technologies – Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL for building responsive and dynamic web pages. # AEM Workflows & JCR – Experience with AEM workflows, JCR repository structure, and content management best practices. # DevOps & CI/CD Tools – Familiarity with Maven, Jenkins, Git, and cloud deployment strategies for AEM projects.
