Job Summary: Dussel Contract Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee our Construction and Interior projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing Construction and Interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate resources, lead project teams, liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate the activities of Construction and Interior teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and minimizing unnecessary expenses. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving strategies where feasible.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of project engineers, architects, contractors, and laborers. Provide direction, support, and motivation to ensure productivity and project success.
- Scheduling & Timelines: Establish clear project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure the timely completion of all project phases. Address delays and ensure work is completed according to the schedule.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.
- Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Monitor construction activities to ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to the project, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively to minimize project disruptions.
- Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and resolve any disputes that arise.
- Permits & Legal Compliance: Ensure the project complies with all local building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements. Obtain necessary permits and approvals before the start of the project.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly report on the project’s progress to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, detailing budget adherence, timeline status, and overall project performance.
Qualifications:
- Full-time BE Civil Engineering (specific roles may vary)
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
