We move fast, experiment constantly, and care deeply about culture, design, and growth loops—not just traditional marketing.We’re looking for someone who lives online, understands what Gen Z resonates with, and can turn ideas into viral campaigns, ads, and growth experiments.This role is for creative thinkers, culture nerds, meme lovers, storytellers, and growth hackers —not just marketers.Experience matters, but curiosity matters more.Role Overview You’ll drive creative growth initiatives across social, ads, content, and experiments. The focus is on ideas → execution → data → iteration. Not slides.You’ll work closely with founders, product, and design to create narratives and campaigns that getpeople talking and downloading.What You’ll Do Brainstorm and execute creative ad campaigns for Instagram & short-form platformsTurn cultural moments, memes, financial trends & Gen Z behaviour into contentRun fast experiments across copies, hooks, formats, landing pages, influencers, and loopsTrack and optimise campaign performance across channelsIdeate growth hacks and viral loops beyond paid marketing—referrals, content, communityWork with design teams to translate ideas into high-quality creativesBuild insights from data, cohorts, and user behaviourConstantly research what’s working at leading tech & culture-first brands globallyWhat We’re Looking For Strong intuition about Gen Z culture, internet trends, memes, reels, and youth behaviourCan turn raw ideas into content scripts, copy, hooks, and campaignsCan write creatively and communicate ideas clearlyCurious, experimental mindset; not afraid to ship fastExperience in a B2C consumer-facing brand is a huge plusAbility to think end-to-end: idea → creative → ad → funnel → metricsBonus (Not Mandatory, but Big Plus) Has run Meta + Google Ads / UAC / performance campaignsWorked in fintech, trading, crypto, gaming, or consumer appsHas worked on campaigns that scaled organically or paidExperience with influencer strategy or social communitiesWho Will Thrive Here People who scroll Instagram/Twitter like it’s researchThose who think in hooks, not headlinesPeople who say “Let’s try it today” instead of “Let’s make a 2-month plan”Someone who cares about culture , not just campaigns
