The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential and commercial projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design. As a Senior Architect, you will lead project teams, collaborate with clients, and ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions that align with our studio's vision. Lead the design process from concept development to project completion for high-end residential and commercial projects. Manage project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Review and approve design changes, specifications, and project timelines. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to design intent. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects. Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects from concept to completion. Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality design work. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
