Cold Email SpecialistLocation: Kolkata OnsiteShift: UK ShiftSalary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000/-About the RoleWe are hiring for a UK-based client expanding their international business development team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with global clients, researching new business opportunities, and crafting professional email conversations that open doors for the sales team.This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an international company, learn modern lead generation methods, manage large-scale cold email campaigns, and grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate professional, engaging, and conversion-focused email outreach communicationBuild full email sequences, nurture flows, and multi-step campaignsRun and maintain high-volume campaigns (minimum10,000+ emails per month )Conduct extensive research and scrape targeted leads from scratch using various toolsBuild, filter, and enrich prospect lists for the sales teamTrack and optimizeCTR, open rates, bounce rates , reply rates and deliverabilityWarm up new domains and inboxes; ensure healthy deliverabilityManage lead pipelines and outreach activity inside CRM toolsMaintain organized logs of communication patterns, tests, and campaign resultsCollaborate with the UK team to schedule appointments and follow-upsSupport the setup and smooth execution of email outreach campaignsUnderstand business offerings, customer pain points, and create compelling outreach scripts accordinglyRequired Technical Skills (Must-Have)Hands-on experience with lead scraping tools and enrichment platformsStrong understanding of cold email infrastructure, including:SPF, DKIM, DMARCsetupInbox warm-up processesDomain health monitoringAbility to manage and optimize high-volume campaigns (10 K+ emails/month)Experience with outreach tools such as:Apollo, Lusha, Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly, Snov.io, Smart Writer, Zapier , etc.Strong grasp of deliverability metrics:CTR, open rate, bounce rate, spam rateAbility to write high-impact, personalized email templates and scriptsCapability to understand product, target audience, and customer pain points, and position messaging creatively in multiple anglesGeneral SkillsExcellent written English with the ability to craft clear, confident communicationStrong research ability and curiosity to explore new business opportunitiesBasic CRM usage knowledge (Hub Spot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain consistency in daily tasksHigh attention to detail and ability to analyze patterns in outreach responsesPreferred SkillPrevious experience in lead generation, sales support, or cold outreachFamiliarity with Linked In and industry directories for researchExperience using email sending tools and automation systemsExperience on platforms like Upwork or other freelance marketplaces is a plusQualificationsGraduate degree preferred1–3 years of experience in sales, research, lead generation, or B2 B outbound communicationWhy Join UsCompetitive salary up to ₹50,000Direct collaboration with a UK-based teamExposure to global communication and sales processesOpportunity to scale expertise in email marketing and outbound lead generationFast-growth role with clear performance-based advancementChance to drivereal, qualified leadsand make a measurable impact
