The newest addition to the Plum family is a range of clean, fun bath & body products under the Plum Bodylovin’ range.ResponsibilitiesP&LCreate & deliver ambitious growth plans on key ecommerce platforms. Overall, in charge of business delivery at these channels.Managing and driving results on channel marketing, visibility and consumer promotion budgets, in order to maintain channel profitabilityVisibility metricsMaintain cataloguing and fill levels to ensure brand is well represented across all categoriesDrive content innovation to improve organic reachParticipate in key marketplace events and ensure brand visibility in key propertiesOperational metricsEnsure replication across multiple warehouse locationsEnsure coordinated supply chain functioning to maximise stock availabilityStakeholder ManagementWork closely with the marketplace teams, internal brand & category teams, supply chain teams and other stakeholders in the value chain on all aspects related to brand growth and salesPeople ManagementCreate a supportive and collaborative environment in which team members are coached, trained and provided with opportunities through developmentHire & build a highly passionate and self-driven team internally to sustainably and profitably grow the ecommerce business for the brandsExperience & QualificationsMBA from a reputed college, with minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/ecommerce roles with P&L responsibilityPrior ecommerce marketplace management experience is a mustDemonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.A passion for numbersTop notch problem-solving skillsExcellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking abilityGreat at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholdersCompetencies Behavioral IndicatorsThinks analytically, yet out of the boxIdentifies problem and comes up with innovative solutions, is good with numbersLoves sales & marketingCreates clear and concise oral & written communicationTeamwork (Working with internal and external stakeholders)Builds and maintains effective working relationship with colleagues and external stakeholdersEager and fast learnerHas the flexibility and enthusiasm to learn, unlearn, relearnInfluencing skills and leadership skillsIs aggressive in chasing targetsPay range and compensation packageAs per industry standardsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer for all human beings
