The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States — working closely with clients, understanding technical requirements, sourcing the best talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.:Job Title: US IT Recruiter/ SR US IT RecruiterLocation: Noida / Gurgaon (Onsite -Monday to Thursday)-(Friday -WFH)Experience: 1 to 6 YearsShift: Night Shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- 1–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.- Strong understanding of US hiring terms (W2, C2C, etc.).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.#KeyResponsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.Expertise in working with C2C, W2, and H1B
