Job Overview: We're looking for a Senior Art Director who brings bold, strategic, and beautifully crafted ideas to life — someone with a strong foundation in branding and packaging design, and a deep understanding of how visual storytelling can transform a brand. You'll be leading design thinking, mentoring creatives, and driving standout visual identities and packaging systems for diverse brands across industries. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute high-impact branding and packaging design projects from concept to final production Translate brand strategies into powerful, cohesive visual narratives Oversee and guide a team of designers, providing creative direction and feedback Collaborate with strategy, copy, and client servicing teams to ensure alignment of creative output with brand goals Present work to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence Stay updated with design and packaging trends, ensuring fresh, forward-thinking output Ensure design quality, consistency, and hygiene across all deliverables Requirements: ~5yrs+ years of relevant experience in design studios, branding agencies, or FMCG/consumer brands ~ Strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging projects (both concept and real-world work) ~ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) ~ Deep understanding of print production, materials, and packaging processes ~ Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail ~ Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ~ Strong communication and presentation skills
