Overview of the role
In the HR Lead role, you will oversee key functions like talent acquisition, appraisals, performance management, payroll, and HR reporting. You’ll drive initiatives that attract and retain top talent, establish fair and impactful appraisal systems, and ensure smooth payroll processes. Additionally, you’ll provide HR insights through regular reporting to support strategic decisions.
This role places you at the heart of our team’s growth and development, helping to build a motivated workforce that champions our mission of making healthy living accessible across India.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment to attract and retain skilled talent, building a strong candidate pipeline.
Talent Retention: Ensure retention of top talent by fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately and on time via HRMS, adhering to regulatory standards.
Performance Management: Design and manage incentive programs to reward achievements and drive high performance.
Rewards & Recognition: Manage recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain employees while reinforcing performance excellence.
Appraisals: Coordinate evaluations, develop appraisal policies, and train managers in fair appraisal techniques.
Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws to ensure compliance across HR practices.
HR Reporting: Provide HR expenditure reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
